NHS staff are important stakeholders in the work we undertake, from advising us about our research to helping us test new ideas and innovations to address current problems.

We are working with different staff groups to develop their ideas to improve the quality and safety of care and we plan to involve staff to understand more about the systems and processes that they feel optimise the safety of care.

As a member of the NHS staff workforce, you can get involved in the YH PSTRC as a partner and shape the centre’s priorities. Projects will address your priorities for improving care and your work environment.
